Terms and Conditions
All prices are in GBP, Great British Pounds, and are subject to change at any time. The price shown for any particular item is vaild at the time of viewing.
Sales and and promotional offers are valid for that specific time period and Da Vinci Boutique reserves the right to alter prices, offers and promotions as and when required. All discount codes and vouchers can be revoked at any time. Please note that they are not redeemable against shipping charges. Only one discount code can be used per order and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
No contract exsits between you, the customer, and Da Vinci Boutique for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Da Vinci Boutique confirms that it is dispatching your product. Items featured on the website are held in stock, and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where Da Vinci Boutique is unable to complete and order. The customer's statutory rights are unaffected.
The acceptance of an order will be deemed to occur on allocation of goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and Da Vinci Boutique will occur when the order is dispatched.
We will send you an email acknowledging your order, once it has passed through the security checks.
We may not accept your order for the following reasons -
We may have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
The product you ordered may be out of stock.
There may have been a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Da Vinci Boutique cannot be held responsible or liable for any delay of the delivery of any products you order. Your products will be delivered to the address you provided and we cannot be held responsible for lost items as a result of an incorrect address being provided. All products are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for therefore we cannot be held responsible or liable for any lost or damaged items.
If a mistake has been made on our behalf please contact us within 5 working days at email@example.com and we will advise how we will rectify the situation.
If an item sells out we will remove it from the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be available again. If your item is out of stock or delayed for any reason, we will try and contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.
Orders are typically dispatched between 1 and 2 working days of the order being placed.

1st class signed for - £5.10
2nd class signed for - £4.10
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for
European Delivery - £11.95
Rest of the World - £14.95
Please note : Da Vinci Boutique delivery charges do not include any customs charges you may be charged for your country. You, as the customer, are liable for any charges incurred.
We are happy for items to be exchanged (excluding sale items or items purchased on our Easy Payment Plan ) within 14 days of the purchase date provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours.
Please let us know that you are making a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your details and the reason for your return. You will be issued with the address to send your return to.
Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange.
Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days by the original payment method if item is faulty.
Return postage is the customers responsibility and you are responsible for the items until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. We also recommend that you use insured recorded delivery for returns and you keep your proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned items.
